MYS Jkr-ft2295 (Malaysia) (Road Sign) STICKER Vinyl Die-Cut Decal

This design reproduces a Malaysian road sign, identified by its MYS Jkr-ft2295 designation and built around the signage conventions that mark the country's roads.

Visual Elements & Composition

The composition is organised around a single sign-like graphic, with its code MYS Jkr-ft2295 serving as the defining label. Nothing in the layout competes with that identifier. The design works as a clean, direct image: one subject, one reference, read at a glance.

Meaning & Symbolism

A road sign is a piece of public information, meant to be recognised instantly by anyone travelling the road. The JKR element points to the Jabatan Kerja Raya, the Public Works Department, the agency whose standards shape the country's road infrastructure. Reading the code tells you where the sign belongs, which makes this artwork a regional marker as much as a graphic.

On the Die-Cut Sticker

A die-cut sticker is cut to its own outline, so the sign's shape becomes the boundary of the object itself rather than a rectangle with a picture inside it. Peeled from its backing and placed on a laptop, a notebook or a helmet, the design carries its road-sign silhouette onto whatever surface it joins. For collectors of Malaysian road graphics, and for anyone who knows the sign it comes from, that cut line is part of the reference.

Die-cut vinyl decals: precision-cut shapes on premium water-resistant vinyl with a matte laminate and UV protection — built to resist sun, rain and everyday wear for long-lasting use.

These die-cut decals are trimmed exactly to the design, producing crisp edges and a professional finish. They’re made from thick, water-resistant vinyl and finished with a matte UV laminate that reduces glare while protecting colors from fading.

The production process uses eco-solvent inks for dense, even color and a protective overlaminate that helps the decal survive outdoor exposure. Rated for multi-year outdoor life when applied to the right surface, these decals give a clean, matte look without sacrificing durability.

  • Material: premium water-resistant vinyl engineered for weather resistance.
  • Finish: matte laminate that mutes shine and guards against scratches.
  • Print: eco-solvent inks for solid blacks and vivid color depth.
  • Protection: UV laminate extends outdoor life and helps prevent fade.
  • Longevity: rated to last multiple years outdoors under normal conditions.

Die-cut decals adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces — glass, metal, coated plastics and finished wood. They work well on bottles, windows, laptops and vehicle windows for short- to medium-term outdoor use.

  1. Prep the surface: remove dust and oils with a lint-free cloth; for residue use mild soap and water and allow to dry fully.
  2. Peel and position: lift a corner of the liner, align the decal and lay it down slowly, pressing from the center outward.
  3. Seal: smooth the edges with a card or your thumb to ensure full contact and reduce trapping air.

Note: to keep adhesive performance in wet conditions, apply decals to very smooth surfaces (for example: glass). Avoid rough or heavily textured materials where the adhesive can’t form a full bond.

Maintenance is low-effort. Gently wipe decals with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp microfiber and light pressure will clean the surface — dry immediately afterward.

Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents or power washers; these can scratch the laminate or lift edges. Proper care preserves the matte finish and keeps colors vivid for longer.

Sizes are specified by the longest side. For example, a 4″ decal measures four inches across its greatest dimension. The die-cut follows the artwork’s contour so the decal sits flush with clean, professional edges.

Small variations can occur with intricate outlines, but the listed measurement always reflects the maximum edge-to-edge length for accurate placement planning.
