E11 1 fo (Denmark) (Road Sign) STICKER Vinyl Die-Cut Decal

This design reproduces a cobalt-blue road marker bearing the E11.1 European route designation, a numbered signpost that tells drivers which continental highway they are following.

Visual Elements & Composition

Cobalt blue fills roughly seven-tenths of the frame, with white taking up most of the rest. The sign is built on a single square with softened corners and a white border that frames the field. A white upward arrow sits at the centre, pointing the eye straight ahead, and the E11.1 numerals anchor the composition. Nothing competes with that arrow and numeral pairing, so the layout reads at a glance, the way a road sign must.

Meaning & Symbolism

The "E" prefix marks a route within the trans-European E-road network, defined by the UNECE to link countries across the continent under one numbering system. In Denmark, E11 follows a major motorway corridor. The ".1" suffix denotes a branch, spur, or auxiliary segment, separating it from the main E11 line. The arrow carries the sign's function: forward direction. Together the elements show how shared standards let travellers cross borders without relearning how to navigate.

Designed for the Sticker's Own Outline

A die-cut sticker follows its artwork's edge, so the rounded square and its white border become the sticker's silhouette. The sign is a compact, self-contained shape, which suits a surface where it can be read as a single emblem. Collectors of European road graphics and anyone who has followed the E11 across a map will recognise the outline at once.

Die-cut vinyl decals: precision-cut shapes on premium water-resistant vinyl with a matte laminate and UV protection — built to resist sun, rain and everyday wear for long-lasting use.

These die-cut decals are trimmed exactly to the design, producing crisp edges and a professional finish. They’re made from thick, water-resistant vinyl and finished with a matte UV laminate that reduces glare while protecting colors from fading.

The production process uses eco-solvent inks for dense, even color and a protective overlaminate that helps the decal survive outdoor exposure. Rated for multi-year outdoor life when applied to the right surface, these decals give a clean, matte look without sacrificing durability.

  • Material: premium water-resistant vinyl engineered for weather resistance.
  • Finish: matte laminate that mutes shine and guards against scratches.
  • Print: eco-solvent inks for solid blacks and vivid color depth.
  • Protection: UV laminate extends outdoor life and helps prevent fade.
  • Longevity: rated to last multiple years outdoors under normal conditions.

Die-cut decals adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces — glass, metal, coated plastics and finished wood. They work well on bottles, windows, laptops and vehicle windows for short- to medium-term outdoor use.

  1. Prep the surface: remove dust and oils with a lint-free cloth; for residue use mild soap and water and allow to dry fully.
  2. Peel and position: lift a corner of the liner, align the decal and lay it down slowly, pressing from the center outward.
  3. Seal: smooth the edges with a card or your thumb to ensure full contact and reduce trapping air.

Note: to keep adhesive performance in wet conditions, apply decals to very smooth surfaces (for example: glass). Avoid rough or heavily textured materials where the adhesive can’t form a full bond.

Maintenance is low-effort. Gently wipe decals with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp microfiber and light pressure will clean the surface — dry immediately afterward.

Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents or power washers; these can scratch the laminate or lift edges. Proper care preserves the matte finish and keeps colors vivid for longer.

Sizes are specified by the longest side. For example, a 4″ decal measures four inches across its greatest dimension. The die-cut follows the artwork’s contour so the decal sits flush with clean, professional edges.

Small variations can occur with intricate outlines, but the listed measurement always reflects the maximum edge-to-edge length for accurate placement planning.
