A7-Kenya (Kenya) (Road Sign) STICKER Vinyl Die-Cut Decal

The A7-Kenya design presents Kenya as a road sign, turning a piece of navigational signage into a statement about place and travel.

Visual Elements & Composition

The composition is built around a single sign form, with the name Kenya as its central subject and the designation A7 set alongside it. Nothing competes with that message: the layout is direct, and the sign itself carries the whole idea. Road signs are read at a glance, and this design keeps that quality, so the eye lands on the name first and the route marker second.

Meaning & Symbolism

Road signs exist to guide, and a sign naming a country reads as an invitation to follow a route somewhere. Kenya, a country in East Africa, is the subject here, and the A7 marker gives the sign the sense of a specific road rather than a general destination. The work connects geography and travel: it treats a place as something you arrive at by following directions, which is the theme the design metadata names directly.

Where the Sticker Goes

A die-cut sticker follows its own outline, so the sign shape stands on its own without a surrounding border. That suits a design built on a recognisable silhouette. It works on a laptop, a notebook, a travel journal or a suitcase, anywhere a traveller or a collector wants a road sign to mark a destination they care about.

Die-cut vinyl decals: precision-cut shapes on premium water-resistant vinyl with a matte laminate and UV protection — built to resist sun, rain and everyday wear for long-lasting use.

These die-cut decals are trimmed exactly to the design, producing crisp edges and a professional finish. They’re made from thick, water-resistant vinyl and finished with a matte UV laminate that reduces glare while protecting colors from fading.

The production process uses eco-solvent inks for dense, even color and a protective overlaminate that helps the decal survive outdoor exposure. Rated for multi-year outdoor life when applied to the right surface, these decals give a clean, matte look without sacrificing durability.

  • Material: premium water-resistant vinyl engineered for weather resistance.
  • Finish: matte laminate that mutes shine and guards against scratches.
  • Print: eco-solvent inks for solid blacks and vivid color depth.
  • Protection: UV laminate extends outdoor life and helps prevent fade.
  • Longevity: rated to last multiple years outdoors under normal conditions.

Die-cut decals adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces — glass, metal, coated plastics and finished wood. They work well on bottles, windows, laptops and vehicle windows for short- to medium-term outdoor use.

  1. Prep the surface: remove dust and oils with a lint-free cloth; for residue use mild soap and water and allow to dry fully.
  2. Peel and position: lift a corner of the liner, align the decal and lay it down slowly, pressing from the center outward.
  3. Seal: smooth the edges with a card or your thumb to ensure full contact and reduce trapping air.

Note: to keep adhesive performance in wet conditions, apply decals to very smooth surfaces (for example: glass). Avoid rough or heavily textured materials where the adhesive can’t form a full bond.

Maintenance is low-effort. Gently wipe decals with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp microfiber and light pressure will clean the surface — dry immediately afterward.

Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents or power washers; these can scratch the laminate or lift edges. Proper care preserves the matte finish and keeps colors vivid for longer.

Sizes are specified by the longest side. For example, a 4″ decal measures four inches across its greatest dimension. The die-cut follows the artwork’s contour so the decal sits flush with clean, professional edges.

Small variations can occur with intricate outlines, but the listed measurement always reflects the maximum edge-to-edge length for accurate placement planning.
