7th Medical Group (U.S. Air Force) REVERSE PRINT Transparent Die-Cut STICKER

This die-cut sticker presents the emblem of the 7th Medical Group (7 MDG) in a striking reverse print, perfect for application on clear surfaces like windows or vehicle windshields. The reverse printing technique allows the design to be viewed correctly from the outside while preserving the adhesive side for a secure bond.

Design Elements and Representation

The central element of the design is the 7th MDG's emblem. It likely incorporates symbols representing the unit's mission of providing medical care and support. Common themes in military medical emblems include the Rod of Asclepius (a symbol of healing) or a caduceus, representing medicine and protection. These are often combined with elements referencing the Air Force, such as wings or the Air Force star.

The die-cut shape precisely follows the contours of the emblem, maximizing the impact of the design. The transparent background ensures that the sticker blends seamlessly with the surface it's applied to, enhancing its visual appeal. This allows the emblem's colors and details to truly stand out.

Symbolism

The sticker itself is a symbol of support for the 7th Medical Group and its crucial role in maintaining the health and readiness of Air Force personnel. The reverse print adds a unique element, signifying that the message of care, support, and readiness is presented correctly from an exterior perspective – a vital service provided to those in uniform.

Reverse-print die-cut decals are made to be installed on the **inside** of glass so your artwork faces outward. Built from water-resistant vinyl and finished with a matte UV laminate, they’re designed to stay vivid while being protected from the elements.

Think of these as “inside-protected” window graphics: the printed face is applied to the glass interior, which keeps the design shielded from direct contact and weather. The core material is a robust, water-resistant vinyl topped with a matte laminate that reduces glare and adds scratch resistance.

We use eco-solvent inks for saturated, long-lasting color, and each decal is precision die-cut so the edges sit clean against the glass. Finished in the USA from globally sourced components, these decals balance durability with a professional, understated look.

  • Material: water-resistant vinyl with a matte UV-protective laminate.
  • Method: reverse-print (installed inside glass) so the environment meets glass, not the ink.
  • Durability: engineered for multi-year outdoor performance when properly applied.
  • Made in the USA: assembled locally from globally sourced parts.
  • Design notes: very small elements placed close together may cut into a single shape; low-contrast elements on dark glass can be hard to see from the street.

Where do people put these? Storefront windows, car or van glass (interior mount), glass office partitions, and interior display cases are common spots. Because the print faces outward but is protected from the outside, the graphic holds up better against touch and weather.

  1. Prep: thoroughly clean the glass—use mild soap and water or an alcohol wipe for grease. Let it dry completely.
  2. Position: peel a corner of the liner and align carefully. Lay the decal down slowly, pressing from the center outward to push out air.
  3. Finish: use a soft card or squeegee to smooth edges; allow at least 24 hours for the adhesive to fully bond before heavy exposure to weather.

Heads-up: if your design uses fine text or very thin lines packed close together, consider simplifying those elements—small slivers can merge during cutting. Also, designs placed on dark-tinted glass will read darker and may lose subtle hues.

Care is low-key but worthwhile. Wipe decals with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn dirt, use a lightly damp microfiber and blot dry right away.

Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders, and harsh solvents such as straight ammonia or concentrated cleaners—those can dull the laminate or lift edges. Proper, gentle cleaning preserves the matte finish and color saturation over time.

Available in five sizes. We list sizes by the sticker’s longest side—so a 4″ decal measures four inches across its greatest dimension. The die-cut follows the artwork outline for a tight, professional edge.

If your artwork has intricate islands or very thin gaps, expect slight variation: tiny islands may be merged into a single piece during cutting. When in doubt, test at a slightly larger scale or simplify closely spaced details.
