Visual Elements & Composition

The heater shield is divided diagonally into two fields. The upper field is red and holds a double silver arch with alternating black and silver voussoirs. The lower field is black and carries a chain of nine silver links, five of them shown face-on. A golden old-style field-artillery cannon sits overall across the centre, and gold dominates the composition.
