This is the insignia of the 111th Ordnance Group (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) of the Alabama Army National Guard, approved on July 19, 2016. The bomb with three fins is the unit's emblem for its mission to mitigate conventional, biological, chemical, and radiological explosive hazards. Crimson and gold are the traditional colours of the U.S. Army Ordnance Branch, tying the unit's identity to its branch heritage.
