The numeral 10 sits beneath it in a bold sans-serif, so the two marks stack as a single column of signage. The palette is only black and white, and the flat vector shapes keep the composition clean, with no shading or ornament pulling attention from the text.

Meaning & Symbolism

The character 南 means south. On a road sign it gives a traveller a direction, and paired with a route number it reads as the identity of a particular road. The layout borrows the grammar of Taiwanese road signage, where a single character and a short number do the work of a full instruction. The artwork presents that system in its most reduced form.

On the Kiss-Cut Sticker

Because a kiss-cut sticker is trimmed around its artwork, the square frame and the stacked characters stand on their own with no surrounding backing. The compact, blocky layout suits that cut well, and the finished piece looks like a self-contained sign when placed on a laptop, a notebook or a journal.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0493/3949/8646/files/tw-thwtn10-taiwan-road-sign-sticker-vinyl-kiss-cut-decal-TSS-STICK-TWTHW-2X2-1FL09-2-front.webp?v=1793833473
