Inside the shield, the charges are arranged in the traditional heraldic manner: a lamb with a halo resting on an open book, a white banner bearing a red cross, a castle, a lion rampant, a crown, and a bundle of arrows. Navy and gold frame the composition, with white and red providing the bright accents. The style is flat and vector-like, so each device reads crisply.

Meaning & Symbolism

Each charge in the seal carries its own meaning in heraldry. The lamb with a halo and open book is a long-standing emblem of faith and scripture, and the red cross on white recalls older Christian heraldry. The castle, lion, crown and bundled arrows speak to authority, strength and unity. A Latin inscription runs across the seal, and together the devices present the seal as a record of the governance of Puerto Rico and the office of the Secretary of State.

On the Die-Cut Sticker

A kiss-cut sticker is cut to the outline of the seal while its backing stays whole, so the circle lifts off as one clean shape. The glossy finish brings out the gold and the deep navy, and the sticker suits smooth, flat surfaces such as laptops, journals and windows, where a heraldic seal makes a compact, handsome statement.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0493/3949/8646/files/seal-of-the-secretary-of-state-of-puerto-rico-sticker-vinyl-kiss-cut-decal-27756137045353300912-alt-3.webp?v=1787599916
https://thestickerspace.com/products/seal-of-the-secretary-of-state-of-puerto-rico-sticker-vinyl-kiss-cut-decal
