The crest is a stylised flower enclosed in a circle, with five petal-shaped lobes arranged radially around it, giving the mark a clear five-fold symmetry. The drawing is monoline vector, black on white, so the petals and their inner detail read as clean lines. The emblem fills the field with no competing ornament, which keeps the sticker restrained and easy to read at a glance.

Meaning & Symbolism

The Omura clan descended from Fujiwara no Sumitomo, and Omura Tadazumi first took the Omura name from a village in Hizen Province, in what is now Nagasaki Prefecture. The clan is notable as the first daimyo house in Japan to embrace Christianity, when Omura Sumitada was baptised as Bartholomew in 1562. The mon, a family crest used on banners, carried the house's identity into the field and expressed the authority it held over its lands.

A Crest Cut to Its Circle

A kiss-cut follows the outline of the circle and its petals, so the emblem sits on the surface as one clean shape with no square backing. It suits indoor surfaces where a fine linear crest will be seen up close, such as a notebook, a journal, a desk or a laptop lid. The black line on white gives the sticker a crisp, dignified presence against darker or coloured surfaces.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0493/3949/8646/files/flag-of-the-omura-lords-of-omura-in-hizen-province-b-japan-sticker-vinyl-kiss-cut-decal-13064981904497335783-front.webp?v=1786185252
https://thestickerspace.com/products/flag-of-the-omura-lords-of-omura-in-hizen-province-b-japan-sticker-vinyl-kiss-cut-decal
