china-county-road-x999-china-road-sign-sticker-vinyl-die-cut-decal
China County Road X999 (China) (Road Sign) STICKER Vinyl Die-Cut Decal

China County Road X999 (China) (Road Sign) STICKER Vinyl Die-Cut Decal

A plate-style road sign that sets the block code X999 in black on white, framed by a rounded outline.

Visual Elements & Composition

The design is almost entirely white, with black supplying the border and the characters. The rounded rectangle has the proportions of a registration plate, and the blocky letter X sits beside three numerals 9, which repeat the same heavy form. The flat vector drawing has no shading or background, so the rhythm of X999 across the plate is the whole composition.

Meaning & Symbolism

The plate borrows the look of vehicle registration and road signage, two systems that give each vehicle or route a short code for identification. A run of identical digits makes the code easy to read at a glance, and the number works as a fixed point in regional geography, the way a road is named on a map. The piece treats that act of identification as its subject, turning a route designation into a small emblem of local transport.

Where the Sticker Sits

A die-cut sticker is trimmed to the outline of its artwork, so the rounded border defines the true edge of the object. That matches the plate form, since a plate is a bounded object by nature, and the cut silhouette lets the piece sit on a surface as one unit without a square backing around it.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0493/3949/8646/files/china-county-road-x999-china-road-sign-sticker-vinyl-die-cut-decal-TSS-STICK-CHNCNT-WHITED-1FOEE-front.webp?v=1793834393
https://thestickerspace.com/products/china-county-road-x999-china-road-sign-sticker-vinyl-die-cut-decal
